Aziz Mammadov

I am Aziz Mammadov, a project management professional, entrepreneur, and legal scholar. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law from ADA University, an MBA in Management from UNEC, and I am currently pursuing my PhD in Private Law at Okan University in Istanbul.

Over the past several years, I’ve managed and led numerous national and international projects, including those funded by global institutions such as the World Bank. I’ve also served in key leadership roles — from Managing Director at the Association of Small and Medium Business Entities and Clubs (KOBSKA) to Workforce Management Specialist at the CIS Games 2025.

As a co-founder of Bookself LTD (UK) and the founder of PetsGo LLC, I’ve gained extensive experience in startup management, strategic operations, and team leadership.

Beyond management and law, I’m deeply interested in technology and digital business. I design and develop WordPress websites for companies and operate several e-commerce platforms of my own. My goal is to combine my expertise in law, business, and digital innovation to help organizations and entrepreneurs grow efficiently and sustainably.

I manage and coordinate projects from planning to completion — ensuring that goals are achieved efficiently and on time. My experience includes leading large-scale initiatives, organizing teams, and overseeing operations for both startups and organizations.

I create professional, functional, and responsive websites using WordPress and similar platforms. From corporate websites to personal brands, I focus on usability, clean design, and modern standards that represent each business effectively.

Business Development & Strategy

I help build and grow businesses by developing strategic plans, improving operations, and optimizing team performance. Having co-founded and managed multiple startups, I understand how to turn ideas into sustainable business models.

E-Commerce Management

I build and manage e-commerce websites — from product setup and payment systems to day-to-day management and performance improvement. My goal is to help brands grow their online presence and increase their sales through well-designed digital stores.

Who is Aziz Mammadov?

I’m a project manager, entrepreneur, and researcher currently pursuing my PhD in Private Law at Okan University. I’ve founded startups, managed international projects, and organized large-scale events — combining management, innovation, and strategic planning in my work.

What kind of projects have you managed?

I’ve led and contributed to more than 20 large-scale projects and events, including those funded by the World Bank, Youth Foundations, and Erasmus+ programs, as well as major national and regional events like the CIS Games 2025, iFEST, Baku Edu Expo, and the Agro Business Forum.
